What are the fees for selling crypto?
When you sell crypto for cash, you are charged a sliding conversion fee based on your account tier.
Buy fee (fiat to crypto)
Sell fee (crypto to fiat)
Trade fee (crypto to crypto)
Fees are calculated as part of the purchase transaction and are exclusive of network fees and the exchange spread.
What methods can I use to withdraw funds?
Depending on your location and bank structure, we offer a variety of ways to withdraw your money. Currently, we support the following withdrawal methods:
Bank transfer via SWIFT or SEPA
ACH for US Banks
INTERAC for Canadian Banks
In order to withdraw fiat from your Connect Financial account, you will need to have completed the account verification process:
KYC Level 1
KYC Level 2
$20,000 / day
$50,000,000 / day
In addition to verifying your identity, you may be required to verify your bank account separately.
How do I verify my bank account?
To comply with AML and KYC requirements, we need to know that you own the bank account where you are sending funds. In some jurisdictions, these checks happen as part of the identity verification process. In some areas, you will need to supply additional documents that prove account ownership.
It is important to note that your bank account needs to be a perfect match to your Connect Financial account. Joint accounts, business accounts and accounts in a different name will not be able to be verified.
You may need to submit additional documentation to us, depending on where your bank account is situated. Simply follow the instructions after adding your account.
How much does it cost to withdraw funds from my wallet?
The withdrawal cost depends on the withdrawal method, the size of the withdrawal and your geographic location.
Your withdrawal charge will be displayed on a separate line when you authorise your withdrawal. For more information on typical costs or to get a quote for a large withdrawal, contact our Customer Success team.
How long does it take to withdraw funds to my bank account?
We try and process all withdrawal requests within a business day (with the exception of Savings Vault wallets). Depending on your withdrawal method, your bank and your region, normal processing times apply.

I have sold my crypto, but haven’t received my withdrawal
There are a number of reasons why you may not have received your withdrawal.
Your sell order has not been actioned
Depending on your order size, trading pair availability and liquidity in the trading pool, it may take time for your sell order to be completed.
Check the transaction on your account dashboard and check that the order is marked as “processed” and is not “pending” or “delivering”
You are within the processing timeframe
We try to process all withdrawals promptly, but it may take longer for your bank to process the withdrawal.
Withdrawals can take up to 5 business days.
If you have confirmed that the transaction has been processed in your customer portal and it has been longer than 5 business days, please contact our customer success team.
