Platinum and black card holders can have one replacement card fee waived. Future replacement cards will be charged at the regular rate.
If your selected card tier is a higher level than your membership tier, you will need to pay an additional upgrade fee, charged to your credit card account.
Depending on the country where you live, you may be able to select expedited delivery for an additional fee.
Where can I have the card delivered to?
We will ship your card to the address you used while verifying your account.

How is the card delivered?
Your card will be delivered via a tracked courier service. Cards are shipped in a standard shipping package. Your delivery options will be presented to you at the time of ordering your card, including options for expedited delivery.
Shipping timeframes depends on your geographical location. We endeavour to ship your card to you within four weeks. If you haven’t received your card within this time, contact our support team.
How do I activate my card?
To activate your card, simply follow the instructions that accompanied your card.
You can activate your card through the user account dashboard or the mobile app.
How can I apply for and use the virtual card?
At launch, only physical cards will be available. As a part of our roadmap, in the future, you will be able to elect to receive a virtual card number instead. Your card details will be sent to you by email.
Your virtual card can be used to make online purchases, or in physical locations that accept contactless payments with Google Pay, Apple Wallet, or other service providers that accept Visa cards.
If you have any questions whether your preferred digital payment wallet accepts Connect Financial credit cards, contact them directly as certain providers have service or geographic restrictions in place.
