Where can I use my Connect Financial credit card?

You can use your Connect Financial card anywhere that accepts Visa, in more than 200 countries and with over 55 million merchants and ATMs.

Withdrawing from ATMS

Once you have added a PIN to your card, you can use your credit card to withdraw from any ATM that accepts Visa.

Depending on your card tier, you can make fee-free ATM withdrawals each month.

Can I exceed my credit limit?

In some cases, it may be possible to temporarily increase your credit limit depending on your payment history and the available collateral in your wallet.

When do I need to pre-approve a purchase?

As part of our obligations to AML-CTF regulations, purchases USD$10,000 or over need to be pre-approved so that your card is not refused at the point of sale.

To notify us of any future purchases over the value of $9,999, contact our Customer Success team 48 hours before the intended transaction date.

Can I use a prepaid balance for my Connect Financial Visa card instead of using credit?

Shortly after launch, we will be introducing the ability for cardholders to pay for purchases with a prepaid balance, rather than using a collateral-backed line of credit.

If you choose to use your card in this way, your prepaid balance will be converted to cash and used at the point of purchase. You will be able to use fiat currency, crypto or stablecoins to prepay your card.
